No Refunds / No Returns

  • We do not offer refunds or returns on any products once sold.

  • Due to the nature of our products (fragrances & attars), all sales are final.

Replacement Policy

We only offer replacements under the following conditions:

  1. You have received a different product than what you ordered.

  2. The item is damaged or broken upon delivery.

Terms & Conditions for Replacement

  • A clear unboxing video (from the start of opening the sealed package until the issue is shown) is mandatory for any replacement request.

  • Without the unboxing video, claims for damage or wrong product will not be accepted.

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging when applying for replacement.

  • Luxoria Fragrance reserves the right to approve or deny replacement claims based on the evidence provided.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Email us at [your support email] with your order details and the unboxing video.

  • Once verified, we will ship the replacement product at no extra cost.
