Due to the nature of our products (fragrances & attars), all sales are final.
Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements under the following conditions:
You have received a different product than what you ordered.
The item is damaged or broken upon delivery.
Terms & Conditions for Replacement
A clear unboxing video (from the start of opening the sealed package until the issue is shown) is mandatory for any replacement request.
Without the unboxing video, claims for damage or wrong product will not be accepted.
Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging when applying for replacement.
Luxoria Fragrance reserves the right to approve or deny replacement claims based on the evidence provided.
